Business model: Our business model has three steps: (1) buy low – 25 to 30% discount from our direct off-market brokers, (2) renovate right – uplift internal and external finishes to increase rents, and (3) manage efficiently – using our vertically integrated and in-house property management, maintenance and construction teams.
Vertically integrated: We are a full-service real estate company that manages the entire process, including raising equity and debt, securing off-market deals directly from brokers, underwriting successful projects, renovations, maintenance, and property management.
